Cold morning Arrived at my appointed time on a very cold morning for Glendale. With temps in the mid 30's many of your customers had to wait outside as the seatin Arrived at my appointed time on a very cold morning for Glendale. With temps in the mid 30's many of your customers had to wait outside as the seating inside was full. It took probably 30 or so minutes to talk with a service adviser and at no time did anyone of the employees offer anything like coffee or hot tea. There is a vending machine inside but it only gives very small cups of coffee and at no time did any of the employees suggest to the customers that they use it. And with the long waits it would have been nice to offer donuts or pastries such as Lexus of Glendale does. It was obvious that there were not enough employees for the amount of customers that had been scheduled. Finally although my car was in for a major service once again I got it back "dirty." On the upside Peter was very knowledgeable and did the best he could to get me out of there considering the workload. More
