Perfect - once again! We diligently researched the next vehicle we wanted to purchase. He listened to us for a few minutes and proceeded to check the inventory on computer, explained that he would bring up a vehicle he thought we would be interested in. We took a test drive but were not ready to make a decision. That evening, we emailed Ian our questions. The next day Ian answered all our concerns and we walked out to the lot and picked out the "same" vehicle that Ian had chosen for us to test drive. Ian Gray "listened" to our expressed needs and matched them with our perfect vehicle. Then we met and negotiated with another knowledgeable young man, Chris Johnston, for the best price. Awesome team! We felt that they cared about and met our needs. The future service on our new vehicle promises to be phenomenal. This is our 2nd new vehicle from Rice Toyota.
