Don’t work with carol !!!! At first meeting carol we were please to have someone who said they were the salesman of the month with years of experience..... carol was unwilling t At first meeting carol we were please to have someone who said they were the salesman of the month with years of experience..... carol was unwilling to negotiate and quickly became very agitated while being asked simple questions. Carol stated our Acura would come with there lifetime warranty..... but then later told me they can’t order Acura parts???? Kind of hard to honnor a warranty if you don’t have any parts don’t ya think!!!! Carol also said they couldn’t get any weather tech floor Mats for the Vehicle!! While speaking with carol I saw a very large weather tech display for floor mats and when I asked about them he acted as if he had never seen this large display after working there for years!!!! After dealing with him the finance manger took over and was absolutely wonderful. After signing all the paperwork we were taking all of our items out of the old car and putting into the new!! Carol cursed and me and my family over nothing at all and then belittled by wife by getting here face and acting aggressive!!!! Carol is hands down the worst salesman I have ever dealt with!!! And I have bought over ten vehicles in the last six years!!!! Never have I had such a horrible experience!!!! More
