Poor Customer Service I have had some major questions about their service since I started going to them. Have the car serviced every 5,000 miles with oil changed every 10, I have had some major questions about their service since I started going to them. Have the car serviced every 5,000 miles with oil changed every 10,000 because of synthetic oil. When there is no oil change, I expect the fluid levels to be checked. At least twice I have had the oil light go on at about 1,000-1,500 miles into the second 5,000. They, obviously, did not check the oil level. Second issue is a result of poor customer service. Got a call from them on a Monday reminding me of my service and that they were having a "special" on an oil change. The price sounded like their regular price. Told them the car was not going to be available until the following week. He said if I made the appointment I could change it if necessary but in order to get the price I would have to make the appointment right then. My wife had the car in a different state. I made the appointment for a Friday 2 weeks after the call. I did request that he send me an email because I was driving and could not write the date and time down. That never happened and that Thursday I got a call reminding me of my service the next day. Kind of hard when the car was 490 miles away. Called them back and changed the date to the original Friday and once again asked them to send me a reminder email. Again that never happened and with my tough schedule I booked appointments that Friday. When they called me with another reminder, I cancelled the appointment and asked that the service manager call me because I wanted to let him know why they had lost a customer. Excellent Salespeople. 2017 Toyota Prius. I was not in the market to buy a car. I was just having maintenance done on my 2008 Prius.
