Wonderful experience! I had not purchased a new car in 12 years and as much as I need a new one, I was not looking forward to the purchasing experience. I knew I wanted a hybrid and after having driven a friend's Prius a couple of times, I was sold on the Prius. I researched the car through various sources (friends, acquaintenances, internet) but hadn't decided on a dealership yet. Then someone reminded me about Tom Steen. Still apprehensive, I finally contacted him and had an appointment the same day. If I could give this dealership a 6 on friendliness and customer service in particular I would. It was the best buying experience of a major purchase I've ever had (including buying my house)! David Sullivan and Mike Pfalzgraf couldn't have taken better care of me. David helped me navigate through the paperwork process of getting my car as quickly as possible and in the color I really wanted! He was very patient in showing all the features of the car, paired my phone to the audio system, and gave me enough information and guidance to get Entunes going with my Android phone. I received a personal phone call from Ed Finn who gave me additional recommendations to increase the value (financial and intrinsic) of my pending purchase. Kristen, who answered the phone whenever I called (and I felt like I called a lot) was very pleasant and professional on the phone. I met Jay O'Connell, the Service Manager, who I hope I see only for scheduled maintenance, seemed quite pleasant and friendly as well. Mike helped make the final purchasing paperwork and smooth and easy process. All and all I very pleased with the process and I love my new nautical blue Prius. I would recomment Toyota of Greenwich to anyone in the market for a new car! More

I was very happy with my leased 2011 4R A surprise phone call from Anthony Rivera, of Greenwich Toyota, enabled me to upgrade to a new 2014 4Runner. I was very happy with my leased 2011 4Runner, but after test driving the 2014, i knew it was time to go for the upgrade. Any concerns that I had regarding the size and some of the standard features, were quickly answered by Anthony. The new features on the 2014 4Runner are definitely a plus for a vehicle of this size.
