When living in Greenwich, we had nothing but excellent, responsive service and with such a positive, helpful attitude. We recently moved away to Florida and needed help down here with a matter pertaining responsive service and with such a positive, helpful attitude. The dealership in Winter Park, Courtesy Toyota was completely unhelpful and intended to charge us large and unnecessary fees. When I called David Sullivan at Toyota of Greenwich, he and Tony Mumtaz jumped right in and helped in every way. They turned a potentially frustrating and unpleasant experience into a very positive one. Everything is resolved and we are very happy with our Prius and working with those two gentlemen! However there was no one at the parts department available to take my order, even though it wa don't take orders over the phone or on their website). Not a good experience. Lenny was great, very helpful and nice. But when we spoke to his boss, not sure his name, then everything went downhill.
