I waited almost three hours for my car to be done just for oil change. I have to go to the front desk to ask if my car done and the lady by front desk told my that my car done about one hour ago I told h for oil change. I was only there once to pick up my new car. I was very happy that they were ready for us and we were able to get all parers signed, etc in a very timely manner. In additon to issues reported to me with the car,there were other issues with the car that was brought to my attention from another mechanic. There were no fluids in the car at all. I was very suprised th were other issues with the car that was brought to my attention from another mechanic. There were no fluids in the car at all. I was very suprised the technician did not notice that and bring it to my attention. Also, I was disappointed that there was not a sticker added to my windshield to let me know my next oil change. I was very disappointed with the service since it was my first time there. More
