When I called to make an appointment for an airbag recall, I was told the job would take 2-3 hours. I decided to go home and wait for Toyota to call when done. I called after 3 1/2 hours and was tol recall, I was told the job would take 2-3 hours. I decided to go home and wait for Toyota to call when done.
