Very expensive. Was given wrong information. What is hourly rate? $200/ hour? I was told the $40 diagnostic test would be taken off whatever work was done. It wasn’t Was given wrong information. I was charged well over $300 to replace a hose that was suppose to be an hours work. So $200 for labor and $100 plus for part. I asked for my car to be washed. I guess it was not free as stated. They just charge you more for everything else. Everyone was nice and friendly and the wait room was fine with good music but it was very expensive. And that was with the $50 coupon I found online which they forgot to add to the bill and I had to go back and talk to the man who wrote the bill up. More

I was in the market to purchase a new RAV4-Prime for a few months. After searching and contacting many Toyota dealers in New Jersey, I was lucky enough to find Toyota of Hackensack, NJ. They had 2022 RAV4 few months. After searching and contacting many Toyota dealers in New Jersey, I was lucky enough to find Toyota of Hackensack, NJ. They had 2022 RAV4-Prime SE available, but not on their parking lot yet. The entire price negotiation, including trade in pricing for my 2018 SUV, was done over the Internet. After a few hours of email exchanges, I was able to secure/reserve an RAV4-Prime in my name by making a $500 deposit. The sales team provided me with car delivery updates on a daily basis. After a week, I was informed that the car was ready for pickup. Toyota of Hackensack accommodated my schedule for a visit to their location. The sales person, Miriam, was outstanding. She warmly greeted me outside of the sales pavilion. While walking in, she explained the details of the sales process. I was buying from out of state and doing a trade, but she and the team made it surprisingly easy. In a few minutes, we exchanged keys to the cars. I had an opportunity to inspect the new car, while her team was inspecting my trade in. In the next 20 minutes, I was ready to sign the car purchase and trade in contract. After the purchase, I was introduced to the next person of her team who patiently, and in detail, explained the car functions and all its features. In an hour and 30 minutes, I was in my new car on my way back home. The entire team was very friendly, polite and professional. However, Miriam was the person who took my car buying experience to the next level: it was very enjoyable and memorable. She exceeded my expectations! I would definitely recommend Toyota of Hackensack and Miriam to family and friends. More
