Lack of communication and because of that info is not being brought to my attention. Both my wife’s car and my truck had red notices and I only saw it when I got home. I arrived at 8:20 I told the receptionist I had an appointment She sent me right in to Robert Meola. He looked up my car and saw what had to be done and promised my car would be ready in about an hour appointment She sent me right in to Robert Meola. He looked up my car and saw what had to be done and promised my car would be ready in about an hour I went into the showroom and was greeted by a lovely man who showed me the 2022 Camry XLE. He(Jose Alvarez) explained all the new technology. We sat in the car and I was able to compare it with my 2016 Camry SE. I was very impressed with the car and the salesman If the color was black I really would have been tempted to trade my car in. I’m still thinking about it.
