They took 2 hours for a simple oil change. The service advisor didn’t know what she was talking about. I decided to just not ask her more questions because she couldn’t answer them. Then on top of that I advisor didn’t know what she was talking about. I decided to just not ask her more questions because she couldn’t answer them. Then on top of that I have to look for her and make them call her over to her office so she could deliver back my car. I saw the technician finish off my car and drop of the paperwork on her desk. Went in for two recalls on my Supra. Waited in the waiting room over 3 1/2 hours. I went up to check on the status and the service advisor Dana said that she had called me to let me know the car was d waiting room over 3 1/2 hours.
