I am super happy with my new Rav4 Prime! After dealing with a dealership in Brooklyn, I found Toyota of Hackensack because not only did they have the car I wanted in stock, they also were not tagging on a with a dealership in Brooklyn, I found Toyota of Hackensack because not only did they have the car I wanted in stock, they also were not tagging on a surcharge like all of the dealerships in New York City and Long Island. We had a couple of snafus, but everyone worked to smooth things over so that I could drive off with my car. Miriam was awesome with all the communication and Jay was great. I appreciated Mary (on the phone) and Steve (finance guy) for their directness. More
when the car was finished with service I sat inside and the driver's seat was totally out of position. I still can't get it right and its day 2. Melissa Loussaint and Michael Burden were very friendly and helpful. Also, at the time Toyota of Hackensack was the only dealer not charging above sticker price, although that has changed. Angel was helpful and knowledgable, however you posted signs that all should wear masks but none of them wore masks. I was uncomfortable due to covid. I dont understand I was picking up my car and paid for it in full, why couldn't I just order an extra key. Why do I have to come back to do that on another trip? thank you, More

The service department is a little chaotic. When I went there for a scheduled service, the entrance road was blocked due to construction and there were no signage outside on where to proceed. Once I was a there for a scheduled service, the entrance road was blocked due to construction and there were no signage outside on where to proceed. Once I was able to reach the service area and find someone to assist me, I was directed to the reception area which was cramped with customers waiting. I had to wait longer than expected to get my car serviced which took almost 2 hours which normally takes 1 hour in other places. Even after the car was done, I was told my car is parked outside. When I got inside my car, I couldn’t find my keys. Eventually, somebody approached me to bring me my keys. It was just a confusing experience overall. More
