I bought a 2021 Tacoma in the beginning of June 2021 and ordered extras for the truck. I picked it up in late June and as still part of the sale, I was told some of the extras would arrive in about 3 weeks. ordered extras for the truck. In about 2 1/2 weeks some of the extras arrived and were installed; the front hood protector and the door guards. A week later I was notified the bed mat was in and I should go to the dealer. I went there and was given the bed mat. I had to unwrap and install it myself. two weeks later the drivers side door guard fell off. I brought the truck back to the dealer and had to wait 1 2/3 hours for them to put on another door edge guard. A week later I was told the window rain guards arrived. I made an app't to have them installed and went to the dealer. At the dealer I waited 2 hours for installation. two weeks later when after putting groceries in the. I went to the dealer and was told there was a two hour wait so I then made an appointment for two days later to reinstall one window rain guard. I went to the dealer and waited another 1 1/2 hours to have the guard installed. After I left the dealer, and after stopping at the store, I opened the rear drivers door and saw that the window guard had fallen off into the back seat, apparently while driving with he rear window open. I was pissed and called the dealer. The rep (Drew) told me to bring the truck back. I went to the dealer he personally took the truck to the mechanics area and had the guard reinstall the guard. He then told me that one of the clips was crooked and that is why the guard came off. Oh, I forgot, when I picked up the license plates for truck the worker put both plates on the rear of the truck (apparently because two plates looked like one plate when removed new from the package). Good thind I noticed that before I left the dealer. I bought a 2008 Tacoma at this dealer in 2008 there were no issues or problems with the dealer. Now IT APPEARS THE DEALER QUALITY AND SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN HILL. What happened to me after buying a $42,000 truck is UNACCEPTABLE. More

the salesman from toyota lie to the customer to close the deal ..I was told they were selling me a new demo car each mean one of manager was using car. for the whole while I was asking for car fax and salesm deal ..I was told they were selling me a new demo car each mean one of manager was using car. for the whole while I was asking for car fax and salesman don't worry man i get you after you sign there paper.ok that car fax was never given to me.so on next day i went to the manager ,so that was when my salesman john ramier i think that how his name is told that car was sold but the ladies gave back the car because her husband pass away of covid 19 ..ok so i was tricked because he told was demo and this is not even the beginning after i found out about all this. they told me after i asked since the car had a previous owner i don't get 25 thousand free service each is oil change for free.. my advise to anyone who wish go to this dealership is be careful they are not people that you can trust in my opinion they are just like that phone call from scam like..be careful when go there they are not a good people that was a 55 thousand dollars tundra that i bought new, with no free service that every new car has..so this was my bad experience with this place. i will never buy a car there ever ever ever again dishonest people. 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 More
