Had a 11:30 appointment for routine maintenance and service a sensor issue kept waiting for over 2 hours with out a word, when I asked the status I was told they are looking at it, took another 45 minu service a sensor issue kept waiting for over 2 hours with out a word, when I asked the status I was told they are looking at it, took another 45 minutes to tell me that they can't fix that I need to come back so I scheduled an appointment for 10 a few days later only to be told that the appointment was never scheduled now on second Day I am again waiting for over 3 hours when I told only another 30 mins an hour ago I called ahead and explained the issue and informed the person who checked me in the issue why was I not told they couldn't fix because the person was not there why does it take over 6 hours to fix a simple sensor issue that " happens all the time" More
