I had my 1st service appointment for my new C-HR on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30pm. I usually dread taking my car in for services as it always seems to take all day. It was very busy but my service provider was great in making sure my appointment time was honored, and I wasn't there for more than an hour. They even threw in a car wash as well. Horrible service. No one called us. Not only that, but I asked them for an estimate on something and they didn't do that, or install my license plates like they were supposed to.
