I was able to get a service appointment for an oil change easily online. Drew was extremely professional and my car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time while I waited. If only they could have provided me with a loaner car for when I originally scheduled service with the recall repairs required. Had to reschedule with a Toyota dealer who would have a loaner car available when the recall repairs are performed. More
