You service my car on July 3rd including replacing the brake pads. On July 5th the check tier light came on. It was intermittent for a few days and then on consistently even though the tire pressure read ok. I work out of state so I had to put up with this until I could get back to the dealership on July 19. A pin on the sensor was bent, you did the repair for free (probably because it happened when you were working on the car) but it took over three hours. I only found out the car was done when I went back to the service advisor for a status update and he informed me the car was ready but he needed to complete the paperwork. It was 15 more minutes before I got out of there. You have been our dealership for years. I probably will not change but you need to clean the wait time issue up. More
