Excellent service by Melissa I must say Melissa was excellent. She was pleasant and was able to answer all of my questions. She was quick and gave me what I wanted. We recently drove 35 miles in a severe thunderstorm that included hail to purchase a 4Runner. We walked in the door soggy and frazzled from our tension-filled drive. Upon entering the showroom, we were greeted by the very sweet and personable Melissa Louissaint and immediately felt at ease. She assured us we would be well taken care of and she delivered. Melissa tirelessly worked with us and never lost her sunny disposition on one the the summer’s stormiest days. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in my 40-plus years of car buying.
