Very good service!! This was my second-time visit TOH in Very good service!! This was my second-time visit TOH in NJ. The first time my car remote was out of battery and the team took care of it. This time Very good service!! This was my second-time visit TOH in NJ. The first time my car remote was out of battery and the team took care of it. This time was a general maintenance service. All the staff was nice except for the service advisor. He wasn't very nice compared to other staff. I do not understand a lot of car terminology or words, it would be great if he can explain a little bit more to me. Also, he told me the price of the oil change but did not ask me if I'm okay with that price. He just informed me "the oil change is 60 dollars". I feel like I have no right to say no because they already took my car and inspect it. I hope they can tell me the price, and confirm with me whether or not I want the services. My both visits were very good, but the wait time was too long. I waited 1 hour for the first time (just to change the battery of my remote). The second time I waited one hour and half. I was not happy about the wait. More
