Short and Sweet We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We had told Nixon we were very upset with service from East Coast Toyota ( would give them 1 star and that's We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We had told Nixon we were very upset with service from East Coast Toyota ( would give them 1 star and that's only because of Renee, anytime I'd have an issue I'd have to get loud and get her on the phone). Several times we brought our car in for service to only have to bring it back several days later. At 175,000 miles it died, thanks to advice from the service department. Even the service department representative tried to find a buyer and suggested may be I go elsewhere to get a better deal. We still went to the East Coast Toyota lot ( only because I liked the car so much ) They couldn't show me a new Seqouia, (they didn't even offer too ) instead said people weren't buying them anymore. They wanted me to buy the Sequoia the owners wife was using, it was black wasn't interested. So then they tried to get me to buy a used one on the lot even after I insisted I wanted a new car. That's when we decided we had had enough and took the ride to Hackensack Toyota. Nixon immediately said he didn't have one on hand to show us but sat us down went over new updates; colors and price and within an hour we had put together a contract. Managment put me in a loaner vehicle and they had my car within 9 days. No fuss, black and white. Too busy to have to deal with any xxxxxxxx. Picked up the car today. Edwin in finance went through process quickly, only one little hiccup that will be fixed on their end with the paperwork. While, they're still awaiting my lean release that should be in by Monday. Even though this will be out of the way, as far as service appointments, I can tell this is the beginning of a long relationship. -Tanya More
