Horrible service I took my Lexus RX 350 for 15000 mile service there after a day or two oil leak was all over my driveway. I called back and complained, they told me gasket was pinched. Now my breaks are making noise, I called again they said they did not do anything with breaks just tire rotations. I am afaried to take car back there. I would not recemend this place to anyone. This was my first time here but I wont go back there. My daughter just her licence, was thinking about getting toyota for her after service experince I will never go there ever again. More

Everyone was very helpful in making sure that all questions were answered and all problems solved. Our salesman, Robert Brito (the young) did an excellent job without pushing us to buy. He explained our options, showed us a selection of cars, gave us a test drive, and the best price that we had seen in multiple dealerships. Dennis, who took us through the technical review of the car’s features, was a joy to work with, and solved a thorny IPhone app problem with great patience. It was late on a Friday and he stayed with us until we were comfortable. When we were finished he took us to the cleanup location to remove a stain on the headliner. The person who dealt with insurance coverage also did a great job getting our agent to sort out a glitch to allow us to take our car home that day. More
