Wanted to trade in an older Toyota Corolla and buy the Highlander. My wife and I came in today, 10/5, around 10:30 AM and were met with Jose. He was absolutely uninterested and un-engaged and borderline Highlander. My wife and I came in today, 10/5, around 10:30 AM and were met with Jose. He was absolutely uninterested and un-engaged and borderline rude. I asked him if there were any discounts/specials and he looked at me with puzzled eyes and replied "There are sales? No, we sit down and negotiate" and then he walked away. His behavior was one of "I don't care". Going to another dealership! Now I get an email asking if they have resolved the issue. Are you kidding? No they did not. More

Toyota of Hackensack was phenomenal and Jeffrey Canlas helped me secure the vehicle I wanted and kept me up to date with everything every step of the way. I found John Ramirez sales approach to be very consultative and not pushy. Steve Escobar the finance director had a similar approach to the financing options.
