Thank you for your feedback. In regards to your service experience A) Not sure we really understand your point regarding the diagnostic fee. You initially say that no one told you what the fee was in advance but you clearly state that the service advisor told you it was $140/plus tax. This was presented before we performed any work and you had to have consented for us to do the diagnostic. You did have the option to decline to have the diagnostic done. B) Tires are not manufactured by Toyota. They are manufactured by companies such as Firestone, Bridgestone, Pirelli etc. The warranty on the tire is offered from the cooperating company who produces the tire. You must contact the manufacturer of the tire regarding a warranty claim. Toyota does not produce tires.

A). The service advisor told me $140.00 plus tax was after work done not in advance. B). As you said there is no point to buying the tires from Toyota. I can buy it from other places
