They took 2 hours for a simple oil change. The service advisor didn’t know what she was talking about. I decided to just not ask her more questions because she couldn’t answer them. Then on top of that I advisor didn’t know what she was talking about. I decided to just not ask her more questions because she couldn’t answer them. Then on top of that I have to look for her and make them call her over to her office so she could deliver back my car. I saw the technician finish off my car and drop of the paperwork on her desk. She wasn’t there and it had been 15 minutes waiting for her to show up. More

Went in for two recalls on my Supra. Waited in the waiting room over 3 1/2 hours.
