Olga was the best Olga was my service advisor and she was extremely knowledgeable not only what was to be done on my vehicle but other areas out of her job description. Olga was my service advisor and she was extremely knowledgeable not only what was to be done on my vehicle but other areas out of her job description. Such as I had questions regarding extended warranty, etc and she provided everything bit of information I needed. I have beef going to this dealership to have my car checked out for several years now. Olga reminded me why I go there. Thanks. More

They don't do anything in regular services. I bought brand new Toyota Rav4 2016. The car comes with 5 free services. So for my last service, I went to Toyota of Hackensack, they did the full ser I bought brand new Toyota Rav4 2016. The car comes with 5 free services. So for my last service, I went to Toyota of Hackensack, they did the full service and they told me your car is good to go. Two weeks later, there was a sound from brakes of my car, so I went back to see what was wrong. They kept me there for another two hours and told me that my brakes need to be changed. So my question to them is what did they do in prior service? Two weeks ago my brakes were fine and two weeks later, they told me I need to immediately change my brakes because they were one mm thick. When I asked them to explain this, they said oh they probably forgot to look at your brakes. One thing I realized is that they don't actually look at your car at all. The worst service ever. Probably never going there again. More

HORRENDOUS BEWARE!!! I seriously think they have friends putting up phony reviews!!!! SERIOUSLY BEWARE!!!! They run your credit through 3 different credit BEWARE!!! I seriously think they have friends putting up phony reviews!!!! SERIOUSLY BEWARE!!!! They run your credit through 3 different creditors which will bring down your credit score tremendously. They do this without consent. I bought a certified RAV4 that I immediately noticed drivers chair was broken. They agreed to order the part and fix it. As they are driving the car out after purchase, I noticed a plug in one of the tires. Their response was too bad for me. YES, THEY CALL THUS CERTIFIED!!! I take the car to NY inspection and am told car needs brakes and totters. Once again, dealership says too bad for me. In addition, the stereo speaker goes complete out at times or the volume magically gets very low than suddenly very loud. Dealership sees no issue. But, while they were checking, managed to scratch the windshield from top to bottom and admitted it was not there when the car was brought in. Nick was supposed to call me a week ago in regards to replacing it. He's still looking for my number. More
