Their interest is in selling and not in helping the customer. The reason I visited the dealership was to get a lower rate on my financed car and ended up being pressured and talked into getting a new c customer. Jorken Kennedy did not listen when I explained it would be quite a hardship for me to pay a higher monthly rate, but his interest was to sell a car. I ended up with a higher monthly rate and owe double what I owed before. Shame on you Jorken Kennedy and Toyota of Hollywood! More
