This used to be a great place for service. Not now. Last time when I picked up my car the windshield was cracked. This time dropped my car off at 10:15 am and was told it wouldn't be serviced Not now. Last time when I picked up my car the windshield was cracked. This time dropped my car off at 10:15 am and was told it wouldn't be serviced till the afternoon. No problem, but I wasn't even called when it was ready (even though I sent a text requesting an update). Went to the dealership at 5:45 and waited till almost 6:30 for the car to be brought around because a mechanic had lost a key to someone else's car, and all the runners were searching the parking lots to find it. Got in the car and saw that they didn't even bother to put down a paper floor mat. My car is no longer under warranty, so I see no reason to continue to give them my patronage, at least with this car. More
