Drew was great he got me in and out. . the only problem I had was at drop off, the young lady did come to my car, I informed her I have an appointment to get my car serviced, while waiti . the only problem I had was at drop off, the young lady did come to my car, I informed her I have an appointment to get my car serviced, while waiting inside, my car door was kept opened for a while , I did leave my car running because usually a person would either have me shut it off or they will tell me to leave the car keys inside but never had me leave it running if they knew that they would not be retrieving it to the back right away, I had to come back to my car, shut it off and close the door. No problem but all my years coming to Toyota of Hollywood I never had this problem it wasn’t a biggie and I’m not saying it was done intentionally but you might wanna inform the crew to just pay a little more attention when customers are dropping their cars off. My car may not be the newest or shiniest it’s old but I love my Toyota Camry an that’s why I’ve kept it for so many years because of the service and the car but everyone should be treated as if there is new no matter what conditions it’s in.
