Been using this dealer service department since 2009 for one vehicle. Yes our toyota is old. Yes the original parts are wearing out. But the manner in which this dealer treated our loyalty was very disappoi one vehicle. Yes our toyota is old. Yes the original parts are wearing out. But the manner in which this dealer treated our loyalty was very disappointing. Our vehicle is a hybrid and we changed the main hybrid battery last year. A $6k investment. Just 9 days ago we had new tires installed. A $800 investment. When the “brake actuator pump” thru an error code, the dealer said the repair would be $2.5k. We opted to not repair and instead had the dealer appraise our vehicle. They came back and said that they don't want it but as a courtesy would take it for $300. Just the new tires from 9 days earlier cost more than double that!! Dealer made zero effort to retain us as a customer. VERY disappointing. Cannot recommend this dealer and will no longer give them our business. More

I got a check engine light so I went to Toyota of Hollywood to check it. The service representative, Sebastian, told me estimate was for almost $3,000 although it is under Powertrain warranty with on Hollywood to check it. The service representative, Sebastian, told me estimate was for almost $3,000 although it is under Powertrain warranty with only 56,000 miles on the car and less than 4 years when I bought the vehicle from same dealership. I was told the parts involved are not covered by warranty. Then I spoke to the manager, Brian, when I came to pick up the car because Sebastian left his desk when I was coming to his desk, and I waited for him more than 30 minutes!?. Sebastian did not answer his cell number twice that is written on his business card. Brian told me, he will see what he can do. Next day, Sebastian sent me a text message saying we can do it for $2,200. I believe their diagnostic is wrong, no one questioned that. I am totally disappointed with Toyota of Hollywood service that was good but now I do not believe so. More
