I had an 11 am appointment for an oil change. I was told 2-3 hours. There were no service managers in the drive through, to provide updates on when the job will be completed. At 1:30 I went inside to get an update, most service tech were at lunch. I found one person to help me. Came to find out my paperwork was sitting on the desk. Why are all service people at lunch at the same time and no one to fill in, to provide SERVICE for customers? More
I was visiting from out of town. Glad the problem was fixed. Would have been happier with same day service, but Claudia was very helpful with getting me transportation. Service was completed. I came after I was notified it was done. I remained on site. There was no one around to answer my questions when I came over to get my car. Any person that went up to from the dealership I did talk to gave me the answer. I don't know and walked away from me. Also, I was quoted one price and charged another. No one could help me with that as well and I had to pay to get my car back even though I had paperwork proving I was not supposed to pay that. Never coming back for service and I was looking at getting a car for my daughter while I was waiting. No way would I buy from them, I would pay more bot to deal with this dealership. More

I took in the car to have an oil change with tire rotation. Whoever worked on my car stripped my right rear lug nut without mentioning it to me. I caught a flat a couple of weeks later and couldn’t p rotation. Whoever worked on my car stripped my right rear lug nut without mentioning it to me. I caught a flat a couple of weeks later and couldn’t put my spare on and had to wait to have my car towed. I told them my brakes were squeaky and was told that they could not duplicate the noise and my brakes had 7mm and were good. I have the tire place I took my flat to check the brakes come to find out they are 3mm and needed brakes and rotors! This will be the last time Toyota of Hollywood will ever see my vehicle or have me as a future customer for purchasing either. More
I took my car on Thursday. They didn’t fix it that day. They told me to come back next day. It was hard for me to ask for another day off to. I drove my car with 2 nails and I didn’t know. I had to come back Saturday to get it fixed and paid $255 for a new tire. Why making too many appointments when you can’t fix all cars in the same way.
