Originally, I was going to the dealership for an alternator because the auto part store guy told me that it was bad and I needed a new one. And once that was done the battery would need to be re-tes alternator because the auto part store guy told me that it was bad and I needed a new one. And once that was done the battery would need to be re-tested and charged/or replace. When I arrived at the dealership I told David the story. He ensure me that he would do what he could to keep the cost down, but first they would still need to do another diagnostic test on the vehicle. After they run the test, he informed me of what was wrong. It was just the battery, not the alternator as I was previously told. I was relieved. Thank you David for providing me with excellent customer service. More

They were very unorganized - I had an appointment and I informed them who I was here for they brought me to the wrong person. I needed to change my tires and they quoted me for a specific brand and price t informed them who I was here for they brought me to the wrong person. I waited almost four hours to find out that they put the wrong tires on and tried to charge me more when I specifically told them who I was there for and what I needed. One of the workers Denise was very helpful and sweet and helped me get everything cleared up. The first man I was brought to was rude and when I asked twice about the price I was quoted he brushed me off then tried to quote me $100 more. Terrible experience, long wait, I recommend confirming every detail with every person three times because everyone told me something different. More
Last maintenance I told them to do an alignment since my previous Highlander which I bought brand new, they charged me for it since it as past 16k miles.
