Andris was the advisor that help Me . . this is the worst customer service I ever experience. She has me waiting for 15 min to get me lyft . Reason for my visit was to get a diagnostic done i ask the Dan the manager on duty if Can waive the fees I was told purchase the alignment then he will make sure he will diagnosed the car. I don’t know what happened with my car I left the car overnight they never call me until 3pm. The condition they gave my car was dirty like someone took my care racing in the mud . At this point I am not sure if the car was properly diagnose because what they write and the worksheet it’s vague . Not saying if it’s was the left or the right front wheel that need repair because the advisor didn’t make a note on the worksheet of what’s to be diagnosed. I felt I have been rip off . I had to left on a hurry I didn’t have a chance to address the issue BCZ of work. More
