Terrible experience. I tried to explain to the person who was assigned to deal with me that I was experiencing problems that weren’t there when I dropped it off and said I tried to explain to the person who was assigned to deal with me that I was experiencing problems that weren’t there when I dropped it off and said individual tried to make it seem as if I was lying. His manager then explained that he’s not surprised that I would be experiencing this issue because of how the car had to be checked. This is the second time that I have to go back to the dealer after the service, because the truck pull on the right and I have to apply pressure on the steering wheel to keep the truck in the lane.
