Have used this dealerships service dept for years now whenever I leased a Toyota. I have a new 2022 Camry XSE which I have been unable to get service done on my Toyota here. All I needed as an oil change and tire rotation and first time we waited over 5 hours to finally have to take the car back without ever being looked at. Giving them a second chance, went back in June. Again was quoted 3-4 hours for an oil change on a Saturday morning. I wouldn’t leave he vehicle I ended driving far to my seller dealership and had it done in an hour. Working people do not have the luxury of time for it to take over half a day to get routine service done. This is the closest Toyota dealership to my home, unfortunately it had completely gone down the drain. New ownership? I don’t know. More
Again they called me after more than two weeks waiting for my car keys. I arrive at 8:00 am on a Sunday and at 12:30 they tell me they could not configured the control.
