After a frustrating experience with another service manager who wanted me to wait 4 hours to reprogram a key fob I found Daniel and he took great care of me and had me in and out in 20 minutes. I explained my trunk hydraulic is broken. and will not stay up and slams shut on it’s own. He said they know the problem. l signed the agreement, then waited for nearly two hours in the wa and will not stay up and slams shut on it’s own. The next day l returned. I gave him my keys , and waited in the waiting room for hour. He came over and said, sorry we couldn’t do it. Can you come back tomorrow (Saturday). If you want to be really sure your car get fix tomorrow, you should pay in advance. I demanded he refund my pre pay deposit on the spot. More
Took car in for a 845am oil change and tire rotation appointment and it took Four plus hours to finish imagine 4 hours for oil change. Fidel Miranda you are a very rude person and like to talk tough to females when you gave me a price of $335.00 for work that was not requested and stated I had a big problem because I had signed for the work to be done only to discover you were talking to the wrong customer. Worst dealership experience ever. I took my Camry for a paint recall. Got my car back and there were parts of the car that were mounted incorrectly or broken. My AC also was not working right after getting paint recall. Got my car back and there were parts of the car that were mounted incorrectly or broken. My AC also was not working right after getting the car back even though I had never had an issue with the AC. I had to take the car back several times for them to fix the issues they created and the car was never returned to me how it was before they painted it. They told me the parts that were broken were broken before I dropped the car off and the issues with the AC, which I paid 1k to get fixed, were just normal. Then later they changed their story and said something else on the AC was broken, even though I had paid to get the AC completely fixed already. I tried leaving messages for managers who never called back, I went as far as calling the actual toyota headquarters and started several complaint cases with them and the managers would not call back toyota headquarters back. Eventually, toyota headquarters told me this was an issue I had to resolve directly with the dealership and not them. I grew so tired of taking the car back only for them not to take care of the issues that I finally gave up. I was speaking to Dan Mets at some point and sent him a video showing the issues still present and even though I could see he read the message, he never responded. The very last time I picked up my car the driver’s side seat was soaking wet with water. I sat on the seat and got soaked. When I asked why the seat was wet no one knew why. This was April 2021. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else but here. More
