Made an appointment for 6:30 am, Went for a screw in my tire. Waited for 2 hours and was told at 8:30 that there is nothing they can do. Then they proceed to try and sell me a tire. I refused and went to Tire plus. At Tire plus the technician proceeded to spray the screw with water. He saw no bubbles and pulled out the screw. He let me know there was no leak. And the screw was not deep enough to cause any damage. This Toyota has Garbage Customer service. Causing me to wait 2 hours just to try to scam me into buying a tire, instead of doing basic trouble shooting. More
