My first new car at age 72. Excited to take CARE of it. Took 3-4 hang ups to schedule my first warranty service at appropriate time per owners manual. Believe women just through me in any slot to get me off her line. Arrived to dealership 20 minutes early ( for 9a.m. anppt.) and was told there were 17 cars ahead of me. Was told I would be called when done. After FOUR hours for this simple service I received NO call. I had to chase down my service rep who had not even committed my name to memory. No apology for lengthy service. Car came from car wash with no wipe down… leaving spots everywhere! The back bumper never received any attention- still dirty. We also have a Lexus and how you guys can compare yourself to Lexus ( Crown is the Lexus $10,000 cheaper) is beyond me. Your service was unacceptable! More
