I have a rattle in my driver window and a lot of wind noise coming from the same door. Took my truck to the dealership tonfix that issue, they replaced the weather strip and another part I'm not sure wha noise coming from the same door. Took my truck to the dealership tonfix that issue, they replaced the weather strip and another part I'm not sure what was, after they handede the truck back, the rattle on the window remains amd the wind noise is even worse, the weather strip they installed is all lose and twisted, it looks terrible. Long story short, the truck came back worst that it was before, i still have the issues and now it looks terrible. Brand new truck..... Im very disappointed 😞 More
Horrible Service Experience with Zero Communication I brought in my brand new 2025 car (less than a month old) for diagnosis. Service attendant Fritz had me involve my sales associate for no clear re brought in my brand new 2025 car (less than a month old) for diagnosis. Service attendant Fritz had me involve my sales associate for no clear reason, then dismissed me and moved on to another customer. Once I questioned him about the sales associates involvement. George Blasch, was the Service attendant I was assigned to who kept the car overnight without informing me, and left it unlocked in an offsite lot (I was alerted via the Toyota app). The next day, I learned George was off, and the car still hadn’t been inspected. I retrieved it after nearly 24 wasted hours and went to another dealership, where it was diagnosed in under two hours with excellent communication. This service department is a disorganized mess, poor communication, zero accountability, and no respect for customer time. Avoid at all costs. More
