As a woman, especially with social anxiety. I thought I would have a hard time since my partner was not there with me. I feel awkward letting people know so I try my best to get by. I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Danny M at the Toyota of Hollywood, FL. I already made the appointment prior for maintenance. I stayed in the lobby for about 2.3 hours. All service workers involved were kind and did a great job. I'm someone who takes care of their items so I definitely would like the same treatment for my items. I'll be returning in a few months to see Danny as the advisor. More

The most disorganized place ever! My car was delivered from Toyota roadside and your people said it wasn’t there!! After the roadside crew co firmed it Ed dropped off! Due to a key on back order so I had to pay for another tow back to my house and got the key made from a locksmith and computerized set up in 10 minutes!!! Service is great but I always know that they’re going to try and sell me something I don’t need. I had 1 flat tire and had a recent alignment and oil change, but they tried to sell me 4 tires and an alignme try and sell me something I don’t need. I insisted on only getting the 1 tire and that I didn’t need 4, and then they said something about how I should replace my brakes. For urgent service, they are fine. But if I want an honest inspection, I’ll be sure to visit a local shop instead. More
