I had two different types of service done on the vehicle with two different service coordinator. I think his name is Lenny. He was respectful and communicated with well with when asked question. Unfortunately, I gave a poor rating due to my overall rating of my service experience. I’m recommending this location because there are still good people that preform their duties well, even if they are having a bad day. I do hope my next service experience is much better in future as there are other service centers accepting new business. More
Brandon my service rep was great but other employees purposely ignored my questions. Dropping off my car I made an appointment over the phone but when I got there several service reps would look away wh purposely ignored my questions. I told one person I have an appointment and they told me to go to another guy. That guy said he’s not working anymore and then asked who send me to him, by then that rep left his desk. It was a mess. I had to literally raise my hand and ask who is actually working. That’s when Brandon actually helped me. Picking up my car was worse. I had a tow truck waiting 40 minutes because my keys was supposedly given to a salesman and Brandon wasn’t working that day and it took them 20 minutes to find out where my key phob was. I’ve noticed there’s bad communication between the departments from my appointment for pick up and drop off. More

I purchased my Scion xB in 2015 from Toyota of Hollywood. I had an excellent experience with all aspects! Then my work took me out of the area for a bit to another Toyota dealer. Since I returned I have h I had an excellent experience with all aspects! Then my work took me out of the area for a bit to another Toyota dealer. Since I returned I have had several service advisors. The team members are all good, and Brandon Syvesteri is the best! He is knowledgeable and has a calm way of sharing options and allowing the customer to choose the best one. I have seen him respond and adapt as he effectively provided a positive experience with a wide variety of customers. I have repeatedly benefitted from his ability to communicate effectively with the entire team of specialists in a way which brings out their best efforts! The right work in the stated amount of time! The engine needed a major redo...done! The paint had a recall..done! Even the minor body work before painting...done! I had a "reborn" vehicle for Christmas last year, What a great value the entire team consistently provides since I purchased my Scion xB! This ability to focus on providing each unique customer with the needed services is only possible with the right leadership from the top. Thanks to the many team members at Toyota of Hollywood! More

Kept my car at the dealership for over 5 hours and then proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong. The window is making a clicking sound. All they had to do was open the door and they would have heard i proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong. The window is making a clicking sound. I booked an online reservation for the first appointment of the day. That way I was only there an hour and a half. It amazes me how long it takes them to do an oil change. If you go later you can be ther of the day. That way I was only there an hour and a half. It amazes me how long it takes them to do an oil change.
