Toyota of Hollywood - Service Center

I had tire rotation one of my tires had a big slice on the side. Nobody said anything about it. I drove to my sons house on the turnpike. When I was leaving my tire was completely flat. I could have an ac the side. Nobody said anything about it. I drove to my sons house on the turnpike. When I was leaving my tire was completely flat. I could have an accident on turnpike! I don’t understand if they rotated tires they didn’t say anything and put the bad tire on my front. Not happy at all! More
