Bad customer service, no one on the desk I was supposed to be taken care of, after 10 minutes of waiting the girl from outside assigned me to another customer service desk and the guy told me , “my client to be taken care of, after 10 minutes of waiting the girl from outside assigned me to another customer service desk and the guy told me , “my client is going to the bathroom , I have to wait for him to come back to help you “ . Service wise, I would refrain from coming back. Service advisor is good BUT the service tech are horrible. I have a car that I paid $60k and in a recall they stained the roof with grease or whateve Service advisor is good BUT the service tech are horrible. I have a car that I paid $60k and in a recall they stained the roof with grease or whatever since they had to replace the side airbags. Seems they do not have quality techs and/or quality service since I got my car like that. If you don’t say anything about it, they will not say and give you the car like that. I took it back and STILL it is stained even though they “cleaned it”. Do not come here for service. More
