I drove over 90 miles to Toyota of Hollywood to service my Tacoma truck but nothing was done. In September someone called to remind me to come in to get the service done, so I told him that it's due in O my Tacoma truck but nothing was done. I thought it was every 5,000 mikes to do oil change, however, I was told that is every 10,000 miles to do oil change. Also, I was told that the tires would be rotated, but that was not done either. I brought my car in for repair a little after 7:00 am a little after 9:00 am I was told they cannot fine the parts. After trying to make a decision if to stay or leave they offered me a rental where I had little after 9:00 am I was told they cannot fine the parts. I took the rental and left, around 2:00 pm I tried calling several times to check on my care no one answer he phone, I left my house heading back to the dealership that is when I received a call saying my care was ready @ 3:00 pm More
