Toyota of Hollywood - Service Center

I purchased my Scion xB in 2015 from Toyota of Hollywood. I had an excellent experience with all aspects! Then my work took me out of the area for a bit to another Toyota dealer. Since I returned I have h I had an excellent experience with all aspects! Then my work took me out of the area for a bit to another Toyota dealer. Since I returned I have had several service advisors. The team members are all good, and Brandon Syvesteri is the best! He is knowledgeable and has a calm way of sharing options and allowing the customer to choose the best one. I have seen him respond and adapt as he effectively provided a positive experience with a wide variety of customers. I have repeatedly benefitted from his ability to communicate effectively with the entire team of specialists in a way which brings out their best efforts! The right work in the stated amount of time! The engine needed a major redo...done! The paint had a recall..done! Even the minor body work before painting...done! I had a "reborn" vehicle for Christmas last year, What a great value the entire team consistently provides since I purchased my Scion xB! This ability to focus on providing each unique customer with the needed services is only possible with the right leadership from the top. Thanks to the many team members at Toyota of Hollywood! More

I booked an online reservation for the first appointment of the day. That way I was only there an hour and a half. It amazes me how long it takes them to do an oil change. If you go later you can be ther of the day. That way I was only there an hour and a half. It amazes me how long it takes them to do an oil change. Kept my car at the dealership for over 5 hours and then proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong. The window is making a clicking sound. All they had to do was open the door and they would have heard i proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong. The window is making a clicking sound. I had tire rotation one of my tires had a big slice on the side. Nobody said anything about it. I drove to my sons house on the turnpike. When I was leaving my tire was completely flat. I could have an ac the side. Nobody said anything about it. I drove to my sons house on the turnpike. When I was leaving my tire was completely flat. I could have an accident on turnpike!
