Toyota of Hollywood - Service Center

This was my only visit at this dealership, and it was the worst experience from the service area through the general manager, which by the way I left a voicemail and never heard back I have never in my life worst experience from the service area through the general manager, which by the way I left a voicemail and never heard back I have never in my life contacted A general manager at any business and never got a call back Anyway, it started with a simple service and when the vehicle was returned to us two days later, I noticed that some Lugnuts were missing on my two right wheels and it was a real struggle to get the situation fixed, but finally after several phone calls and a little bit of arguing with some of the staff I finally got a new set of Lugnuts, which did not fit the wrench on my car so it was a zero out of 10 all the way through. I hope that somebody in charge would take the time to give me a call and apologize Or at least want to hear my concerns but my guess after dealing with them for almost a month it’s not gonna happen, but I’m hopeful More
