bad communication between SA and crew. Isah is great,but the crew stands around and talk to much. I'm in for a oil change at 7:15, my truck is then pulled out of service bay at 10:30,just Isah is great,but the crew stands around and talk to much. I'm in for a oil change at 7:15, my truck is then pulled out of service bay at 10:30,just to be parked in the back for another 45 minutes. and then when my truck is pulled up to me,I must then request a vehicle wash.
