Since I wait for my car to be serviced, I appreciate the clean and relatively quiet waiting area including a gift shop for browsing. I was not happy at all with the service, especially with the technician that work on my vehicle due to the fact that there was some insulation inside the engine a lot of insulation inside the engine. I don’t even know how that insulation got there, it could have ignited a fire in the vehicle, so I had to come back to show it to them. Unfortunately the manager was already gone before I got there, but I met some of the service people and they saw it. They saw what happened so for that reason I was not happy with the Toyota Of Irving service. More
