Great experience in car buying! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. Joanna was so nice and explained every detail to me in the process. I loved her! The manager Santos was awesome, he bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of promptly! He even made coffee for me when there was none, and He moved my seat up for me to see over the steering wheel! Just really feel like my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me! Then he offered me a lyft ride home and back since the service was going to take a while. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Bruce Cobb & this Toyota location. Went in for service and had a nail in a tire. Didn’t say anything on purpose to see if anything would be done while doing a tire rotation. Nope they sure didn’t. They sure did say other costly things needed to be done though.

No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me.
