I was not happy at all with the service, especially with the technician that work on my vehicle due to the fact that there was some insulation inside the engine a lot of insulation inside the engine. I don’t even know how that insulation got there, it could have ignited a fire in the vehicle, so I had to come back to show it to them. Unfortunately the manager was already gone before I got there, but I met some of the service people and they saw it. They saw what happened so for that reason I was not happy with the Toyota Of Irving service. More

My service man was very nice and polite along with being concerned of my problems with my car. He also knew exactly what I was trying to explain about the recall on my RAV4.
