I think this is a good dealership. We were visiting from Las Vegas and I was able to get my Toyota Sienna checked out after my check engine light came on. I took my van in, they gave us a ride to where we needed to go (8 miles away) and then picked us up to get the van back at the end of the day. The drivers were kind, the AM driver told us about Grapevine Lake and the PM driver talked to us about basketball. All good people at Toyota of Irving. The issue was explained to me and I am glad it just about fuel. Better to be safe than sorry when you’re driving long distances. More

My Service Advisor was great to me in which he advises me on all the service requests needed for maintenance of my vehicle...He didn't push services on me and was really genuine in his recommendations.
