Ms. Ignatenko did come to Toyota of Irving on 4-13-11 to try to purchase a 2006 Toyota RAV-4 with 25389 miles, the vehicle is a Certified car. Clean retail is 16,250 and we price it to her accordingly. She did not want to spend over 14,000 which we could not do. We did everything possible to make her happy but she is not being reasonable. We never priced this vehicle 19,900 which she says we did, we priced it to her for 16,892. I spoke to Ms. Ignatenko 3 times and was not able to save her as a customer.

Here is the internet listing for the car: http://1823.ecarlist.com/web/used/Toyota-RAV4-2006-Irving-TX/1157249/ Here is the NADA listing showing clean retail as $14,725 (included low mileage & alloy wheels): http://www.nadaguides.com/Cars/2006/Toyota/Rav4-4-Cyl-4WD/Utility-4D-2WD/Standard-Equipment The paperwork they presented my husband and I showed the vehicle priced at $19,900 (including TTL). The company's "recorded lines" will indicate they priced the car at $19,900 & that they tried to charge me an additional $600 for certification.

Toyota of Irving responded

You where looking at the base price, it you look towards the bottom it says clean retail is 16,425.00 with the addition for miles (1400.00 add) and the roof rack (75.00 add), http://www.nadaguides.com/Cars/2006/Toyota/Rav4-4-Cyl-4WD/Utility-4D-2WD/Standard-Equipment. Your trying to give a bad review on information your not disclosing. Tax is calculated at 6.25%. Toyota Preowned Certification does cost 600.00. In order to receive the benefit, you would have to buy it. The benefit of the cert is the 100,000 mile power-train warranty.
