I need Jereme Schoemaker or Davis Schoemaker to call me as I have had an unbelievable experience here. Your dealership pulled my credit - then told me someone was in the dealership to buy the car my credit as I have had an unbelievable experience here. Your dealership pulled my credit - then told me someone was in the dealership to buy the car my credit was pulled for once I said I wanted to use my credit union. I also was told it would take long for a purchase order to get to me and by that time the person was able to buy over me. I also asked for rates to be shown to me based off my credit and again was told it would take a while and the other person could buy. Brian told me he would not give me time to get the purchase order to my bank and that it was how business worked. I told him he could give me until 5 my time to get my pre approved paperwork done with purchase order. He said people tell us this all the time and never show back up and we lose a sale. I offered to put my credit card down and they could charge and refund once my paperwork was complete. He said no we don’t do that. He prevented me from purchasing a car I had called since 9am for and was constantly told that Betty was in a meeting and she would get back to me. I put my information in the credit app then again waited hours for an answer. I firmly believe I was given the run around and Betty never intended to sell me the 2021 Lexus. I did all on my end then was told once my credit was pulled that someone else was wanting to buy it. This is outrageous, terrible customer service More
Over 10 years ago my '96 Camry made loud banging noise and broke down on the freeway right after their service on my rack and pinion - thankfully there wasn't much traffic at that time. I stopped servici and broke down on the freeway right after their service on my rack and pinion - thankfully there wasn't much traffic at that time. I stopped servicing my Toyotas here even though this place is just down the street from me. I figured that enough time had passed, I would give them another chance. Recently, I took a Highlander in for a brake change, then an oil change. Both times, I got a multi-point inspection report from them where nothing extraordinary was noted other than the usual items needing replacement including the air filter. I opened my hood recently to check on my coolant and noticed that a bolt was missing on my air filter box. The service department told me that they would take a look and see what they can do. About 30 minutes later they told me car is ready and that they had put in a spare bolt that was lying around. The driver (assistant manager) step out without say anything, but then came back to speak to me when he saw that I opened the hood up to check. I asked why the bolt was still missing, so he went to explain that they had put in another bolt located at the back (which I didn't know was missing) and that front bolt is actually broken off and is a wood screw that they are not responsible for. Fast forward, speaking to the manager this time, I got the same excuse and was quoted $1xx to have the missing bolt replaced, and told that I can email him if I have further complaint. Right and wrong aside, this makes no business sense to lose a customer and credibility over a $5 bolt. Before this event, I have been bringing two of my Toyotas here for service. More

Vanessa did a great job communicating and setting up my purchase of a 2024 highlander on 12/12/23. From arrival to departure on the date of purchase things went smoothly, as promised and as advertised. Hig purchase of a 2024 highlander on 12/12/23. I will never do business with them again and you should follow suit If you don't want to be scammed. I took my car to the dealership like I have for the last 9 years due to my check engine light being on. follow suit If you don't want to be scammed. I took my car to the dealership like I have for the last 9 years due to my check engine light being on. I had a misfire in 2 of my cylinders. Prior to going to the dealership autozone and another mechanic both confirmed the misfire. Toyota told me there was no misfire and sold me a battery service for $265. The head mechanic said he thinks the issue is the battery. A month later I have the same exact problem I had a month prior. I had to pay $155 twice for a diagnostic fee. The second time they told me I had a misfire which I already knew. To fix my issue Toyota wanted me to replace all the coils on my car that I just recently replaced and charge me $760 dollars. I refused the service. I went to autozone after wasting 6 hours dealing with Toyota's incompetence. The coil was still under warranty and I got a free replacement. After I put the new part in my car the check engine light went off on its on and it didn't cost me anything. Took a total of 5 mins to swap the part. Be aware of these scammers. They'll tell you since your parts aren't genuine Toyota parts or aftermarket that it'll cause issues which is a complete lie. You do not have to use their parts. Do not fall for their lies and overpriced service. More
Did not put recommended oil in O6 tundra. As a result the seals on motor had to be replaced. I worked 25 years with Mobil Oil and they this would happen. Another dealer caught leakage and put As a result the seals on motor had to be replaced. I worked 25 years with Mobil Oil and they this would happen. Another dealer caught leakage and put right oil in it. It cost us 460.00. Also our front brakes were 60 percent but problem was sway bars on front. You should pay 460.00. More

Greedy For Money! I was waiting for Toyota Sienna 2022 for more than 2 months and was talking to Wilma and Stela to call me when they have their allocation. When Wilm I was waiting for Toyota Sienna 2022 for more than 2 months and was talking to Wilma and Stela to call me when they have their allocation. When Wilma messaged us, we ran to Toyota of Irving on the same day (Sep 20, 2022) and we really wanted the Sienna Limited 2022 (Sunset Bronze Mica). At first we spoke to Manager, Roger and after several discussions he agreed to sell the car for $56000. We came back asking for $55,500. Roger wants Stela to ask Ben Tran (Another manager) to check on the negotiation. At first Ben agreed on phone for $55,500, we were very happy and I started putting the deposit and when Stela started taking my details, she received a call from Ben saying that he wanted to go with $56,000 only and not $55,500 and forcing me to finance from the dealership and take extra maintenance and other extras. After few minutes, he called Stela again and said that he is backing off on $56000 (Which Roger and Ben agreed on) and he would sell the car for a Highest Bidder. We were very surprised and shocked to her that. We waited for 2 hours until 9:30 PM and went home back with this worst experience. Why are the managers so much greedy for the money and how could they just cut the deal which they agreed on first? More

I had already got my loan form the bank accepted and was on my way down from my home town to purchase the vehicle that I had discussed with a salesman down at this dealership and we had already agreed on a on my way down from my home town to purchase the vehicle that I had discussed with a salesman down at this dealership and we had already agreed on a set price therefore I had applied for a loan at that set price, however his boss had raised the price without any notice. As I raise the question to why he would do that without telling me, and why they hadn’t kept the price they had promised me out the door it is one thing to tell me that it was their mistake, instead of dealing it unprofessionally the way the salesman’s boss had did, at the end of the day a little honestly and owning up to your mistakes would go a long way, but when when you don’t acknowledge what you had done and approach things with the attitude that he did, you might reconsider your profession, or find something that doesn’t have to deal with customer service. I would have been fine paying the extra amount that he had told me if he was a little nicer about it and let me know ahead of time so I request that exact amount, but raising the price while I’m making the drive to go purchase the vehicle without notice is a different story.
