Came in to pick up the car I had made a down-payment on. Right off the back the VIN# had changed and my salesman had told me "that VIN is temporary before the car is made". During finance they increased the price by a small amount ($20) and were frustrated that I inquired about it. They did correct it so no complaints there. The issues began when I drove my brand new car off the lot. With 9 miles I had four malfunctions pop up related to the safety features. I took it in and was met with terrible customer service. I was made to wait while they diagnosed it, they weren't able to and had me test drive it just to bring the errors back up and prove it to them. After waiting again they simply asked me if I wanted a rental car without letting me know what the real issue was until I pressed for it. Now began the hour wait for a rental car. My brand new car barely got off the lot before going into service with not anything as simple as an apology or any reassurance this was an anomoly. Didn't realize how far Toyota and its team has fallen. More
I will never go back to this location. I had to wait 2 hours for changing one tire. In last service cabin filter and oil filter were missing which I had them newly in the service before that. I will never go back to this dealership again.. Sold me raggedy RENTAL VEHICLE. too bad I didn't know that until after I bought it and looked up the vin smh. Was offered an Enterprise rental vehicle while my car had over $1,400 of maintenance performed. Unfortunately there were no Enterprise employees there either to sign out the vehicle, or accept it back in wh over $1,400 of maintenance performed. Unfortunately there were no Enterprise employees there either to sign out the vehicle, or accept it back in when I returned. Was dependent upon Toyota of Irving personnel to ensure it was returned. The next thing I knew I found a $50 charge to my credit card. A day later a credit for a bit under $37 showed up. Both without contact or explanation. DO NOT EVER ACCEPT A RENTAL VEHICLE FROM ENTERPRISE, even if it is being "supplied" by the service department. Depending on them to ensure your treated fairly by Enterprise is a big gamble. As a result of my contacting Josh Morales an additional credit has been given to zero out any cost to me. Thanks Josh. More

Bought my daughter a car, 2019 Corolla, 12/14 from Toyota Of Irving. On 01/06 I receive a text msg saying they need me to come back in due to some good news. Please see photos. I go to the dealership and they instead meet me and say the car was not salvageable and should t not have been sold due to the carfax. They tell me they need my keys immediately. I refuse, pull up Carfax and purchase the $40 report and there’s not one single alert on the car. I leave the dealership and text them back to say they are shady and I will not be returning to the dealership until someone is truthful. They text me back and say the person that traded in the car I bought deal fell through and I HAVE to return the car to them. Absolutely not! I have a contract with signed documents where you sold me this car and why should I be inconvenienced due to your lies and mismanagement???? I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. BE AWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! More

All super polite and they made you feel appreciated and they took pride in the job they did. And lets not forget about Nelson who drove me back to my apartment and picked me up when my car was finished. All top notch employees and Toyota is lucky to have them!! More
